Measuring approx. 19.4mm wide at widest, set with seven round lapis cabochons ranging from approx. 7.8-6.5mm, additionally set with forty-four Rose cut diamonds ranging in size from 0.8-2.2mm, fashioned in silver-topped 14k rose gold.
