Description This stunning, fine and impressive vintage sapphire engagement ring has been crafted in platinum. The substantial pierced decorated setting displays a stunning central feature 8.10ct octagonal cut Ceylon sapphire , four-claw set in relief to the centre. The finely detailed sides of the feature setting are further ornamented with pavé set diamonds, totalling 0.25ct, in a combination of transitional modern brilliant round and eight cut. The large principal stone is flanked on either side with an impressive stepped array of two-claw set baguette cut diamonds totalling 1.05cts, completing the iconic Art Deco design. The pierced decorated ring shoulders integrate with the main setting and blend seamlessly with the plain platinum ring shank.
